Subscription FAQ's:

-How do I specify the type of subscription I want?

Make sure you fill out the "modifiers" questions in this order form to get the details of your subscription right.

-What sizes of bread can I get?

You will be able to choose 1 small, 2 small, 1 large, or 2 large.

-What variations?

You will be able to choose plain, specialty (the sweet or savory variety for the week), mixed (plain and specialty) or challah.

-What if one week I want to choose exactly which specialty loaf I get?

The default will be "baker's choice" - where we will pick it for you. But you will see the options in the weekly emails and you are welcome to respond to that email and note your preference.

-What frequency of delivery is available?

You will be able to choose weekly, biweekly (every two weeks), or monthly.

-Can I get a subscription for a limited time?

Yes, we are now introducing 1-month, 3-month and 6-month subscriptions. You can also just request an ongoing subscription.

-What if I am going away one week and don't want to pay for or receive bread?

Just email lane@afriendlybread.com and we will suspend the charge and delivery for that week.

-Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes, great idea! We will ask for the email address of the recipient so we can add that person to the list in order to share flavor updates with them.

-Where will I get the bread?

If you live in one of the apartment buildings we deliver to, it will be delivered right to your front desk on either a Tuesday or Friday (you choose). If you do not live in one of those buildings, you can get it at one of the community pickup locations.

-Can I change the terms if my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Just email lane@afriendlybread.com.

-How will I be charged?

An automatic recurring invoice will be emailed to you each day you receive an order. You may set up a card to be automatically billed. If you would like to pay for a limited-time subscription up front, we can do that too.
